The following terms govern your access to and use of Kabutar Media Agency’s marketplace. Please read these carefully before registering as a reporter or buyer.
These Terms govern your use of the Kabutar Media Agency marketplace (“Platform”), operated for reporters (“Reporters”) and buying organizations (“Buyers”) to license verified news content.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
Reporter and Buyer accounts are subject to review before activation. Kabutar Media Agency may reject or suspend any account that fails verification or violates these Terms. As a user, you agree to:
Reporters warrant that submitted stories are original, factually accurate to the best of their knowledge, and that they hold the rights necessary to license the content through the Platform.
Kabutar Media Agency branding, logos, UI, and platform software remain our property. Unauthorized use of trademarks is prohibited.
Each story is offered under the license type shown at checkout. Purchases grant Buyers the rights described by that license; they do not transfer copyright ownership unless explicitly stated.
Use rights as listed on the story page — typically publication on licensed channels with attribution where required.
Exclusive rights for the period and territory stated at purchase, subject to platform verification and delivery terms.
Buyers pay per exclusive story through secure online checkout (Cashfree). Reporters may request payouts of their earnings, subject to platform processing timelines and minimum payout thresholds.
Either party may close their account at any time. Kabutar Media Agency may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Code of Ethics.
